Procedure and Recovery

Our expert surgeons will guide you through each step of the procedure. Time will also depend on the complexity of the case and can be anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours long. After the procedure, there may be some swelling, bruising, and soreness, which typically can be managed on medical grounds with analgesic drugs and bed rest. A supporting bra is worn for several weeks to allow further support for the healing of the affected tissues. Most patients will be able to return to work and all other regular activities within 1-2 weeks; by 4-6 weeks, all should have fully recovered.
